Description Vitaly Kushneriuk (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2002-01-27 06:57:04 UTC
Please do "echo "Gentoo" "Partition Rescue">> /tmp/partitions;cat
/proc/partitions >> /tmp/partitions"
This will help people that lost their partition table to recover.
In case that /tmp partition is available - trivial.
Otherwise, grep -10 "Gentoo Partition Rescue" /dev/hda will
find the file.
PAy attantion to " " in the echo. This way grep will not find the init script
itself.

This goes into the "admin's own choice, and should do himself" catagory.
