I'm using the latest KDE and Qt with italian locales.

I emerge kbear, then start it as a normal user. The configuration wizard pops up; however, the explanation writing (in italian) flashes abnormally and changes continually. It's also difficult to press any button.

This is a very old Bug, is this still a problem for you? 

I am going to close this Bug for now. If you still have this problem, please report more information like version of KBear and KDE that you are using and the result of "emerge info" and reopen this Bug.

Close dead old bug originally resolved "needinfo".
