Description MasterX 2003-11-11 18:47:55 UTC
First of all forgive me if I did not fill this correctly. It is the first time I am doing it and I
followed what other people have done with previous bug reports.

The problem is the following: I tried to update amarok from 0.6 to 0.6.91 by running
emerge -uU amarok-0.6.91.ebuild
I did not have any problem with compilation.
But, I do not have the executable files. After emerge builded amarok 0.6.91 it
unemerged amarok 0.6. A normal procedure, but not for this program, because I saw
the following message

*************** Important *************************

This module contains unreleased software.

The software may compile and work, but it may just
as well neither compile nor work.

****************************************************

Therefore, since amarok 0.6.91 is a module and not a program it should stay with
amarok 0.6

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -uU amarok-0.6.91.ebuild
2.
3.
Actual Results:
The old amarok (amarok 0.6) was unemerged

Expected Results:
The old amarok must stay since it has the executable files
