app-editors/xxe-4.5 was recently removed from portage due to lack of maintainer. Can we get the software back into the tree (and a maintainer)?

this is a new implementation of the xxe ebuild.
it don't install any addons as they can be installed into the config dir
it only installs the modied jars and uses otherwise system provided jars

this ebuild is also in my overlay

the 4.7.0 ebuild also works for 4.8.0 version

for 4.9.0 you can use the 4.8.0 ebuild
