Per:

I've included all the ebuilds on my local portage directory... One problem
though... After I run pcsx it downloads the image file, but then the program
says: "Can't load CDR plugin.", then if I click on the option File->Run CD the
program seg faults. Do you know the problem?

Oh, stupid typo in files/pcsx.. It happened when more than just one plugin of the same type (cdr/gpu/spu) is installed at the same time.. try the new one!
