Festival is a full featured TTS (Text-to-Speech) engine. This package come with
5 preconfigured voices to choose from, though more can be customized by the user.

Festival can act as a speech server, allowing other machines to send "voice
messages".

I have sent in a new ebuild on bug 22053, that fixes this one, and updates festival to 1.4.3.
