spectemu 0.9.4.ebuild,  this one goes against usual app-emulation standards, and
is actually fairly trivial!  Amstrad PLC have licenced the old Sinclair ROMS for
open distribution, so what we have here is a complete Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48k
emulator for X11 and/or svgalib.  

Libraries are use dependant, and the ebuild allows for this,  everything follows
the usual gentoo ${D} prefix standards

relevant man pages for xspect and vgaspect, along with some additional software
goodies for migrating old specy sw are included,  have fun people!
