I installed gentoo linux on my pc, but i want to know how i get the fancy
bootsplash, progressbar at boot-time, and console-screen that show when i boot
the LiveCD?

I do not see this as a bug.  http://forums.gentoo.org covers users' questions
on how to generally use their systems.  bugs.g.o is for...well...bugs.

A simple search on the forums yields results about all of your requests.

I'm going to go ahead and close this bug as INVALID.
