The specified version of net-misc/tigervnc was removed from the tree in May by armin76@g.o. I have =net-misc/tigervnc-1.0.1_pre20100306-r1 installed and the problem does not seem to be present in this version: > scanelf -qyRAF '%e %p' /usr/bin/vncviewer > scanelf -B -a /usr/bin/vncviewer ET_EXEC ---xe- 0755 LE RW- R-- RW- - - NOW /usr/bin/vncviewer It appears this bug could be marked as FIXED.
