There is no ECVS_TOPDIR variable in cvs.eclass.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

As stated in the devmanual:

"f you have any corrections, suggestions or improvements please file a bug at bugs.gentoo.org and assign it to qa@gentoo.org."
