QA notice:  /usr/lib/opengl/xorg-x11/lib/libGL.so.1.2 has both writable and executable sections

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install mesa
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
QA warning about section being writable and executable


Reporting this bug because the QA notice told me to.

Thanks, but I think this is a long standing known issue and 
media-libs/mesa has USE="pic" to enable/disable the offending
code (it's slower).

Downgrading to minor since it has a workaround.

Been awhile, got quite a few updates since I posted this.
