Yelp fails to initialize nspr properly, it currently depends on libxul-embedding being patched to include nspr cflags which is incorrect. Yelp should make the check itself and include the cflags as needed. Patch is attached for 2.28.1 should be easy enough to backport.

The system-nspr patch is already in the mozilla overlay, since without it yelp would not build against the xulrunner-1.9.2 betas.

This is correct, as I move forward with bring all packages into proper standing with xulrunner-1.9.2 I will include the fixes in the mozilla overlay.
