I've had some trouble with this app already, I think it might be because
I'm running kde-cvs.  I'll have to build up a VM/spare box with kde-3.1.x
on it and test it on that.

just for reference, I've tried this on 3.1.3 and I'm currently running this
under KDE-3.1.4 with no problems (tho it has crashed once or twice in the
last week)
