sandbox access violation / file permission errors.

Reproducible: Always

This seems to have resolved itself after the entire world completed rebuilding during a recent gcc upgrade.

Access violations seem to be sporadic.

(Could be likely these errors are being actively fixed in the background by somebody else.)
