Debian also provides this package and they have tobin binary: http://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/fondu/filelist I guess it's better to rename file in games-emulation/dgen-sdl which is x86 package to the moment... Probably it's possible to add blocker there too. @games?

The latest versions of dgen have renamed "tobin" to "dgen_tobin", so I think this bug has become obsolete. http://sourceforge.net/p/dgen/dgen/ci/master/tree/
