Version 3.0 is available now.  Version 1.04 was released in July 2008 and is very outdated at this point.  Also the qtada project has development snapshots for version 3.1 available.  Perhaps there could be an ebuild that will build the 3.1 snapshot or perhaps live ebuild.

For Gentoo Linux i created a special ada-overlay. In this overlay there are ebuild files
for gnat-gcc-4.4.3, gprbuild, xmlada and qtada. Packed overlay can be downloaded from here:

Since dev-ada/qtada was removed from Portage because it was so out of date I'm converting this one to "New package" request for reintroducing it with something more recent.
