When trying to emerge php, found that it fails with following message:
* Determining SAPI(s) to build
/usr/portage/dev-lang/php/php-5.2.10.ebuild: line 60: phpconfutils_require_any: command not found

/usr/portage/dev-lang/php/php-5.2.10.ebuild: line 104: built_with_use: command not found

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge dev-lang/php



Expected Results:  
Expected it to successfully compile php

Sorry for taking so long to respond.

Can you resync and retry with the latest php version (5.2.13)?
If the error still persists (it really shouldn't!), please reopen the bug.
