These are the packages that I would merge, in order.

Resolution:

Edited ebuild file and removed host-991529 from dependency list.

I did a fresh rsync from the official mirrors and confirmed presence again prior
to this posting.

This has been fixed for a few days now.
I think you were unfortunate to try to emerge it during few hours it was broken :).
Anyway, sorry for the inconvinience.
