The package above is a Java based Least Cost Router for Germany. It integrates well with GTK (through its own "looks" library) and Gnome's notification area (via jdictrayapi).

It can be used as a more capable (and working!) alternative to net-dialup/qlcr (http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=204304).

Dialup timeout for chat corrected. Otherwise it cannot connect to slower servers.
