Hi! Although I have the USE="-X" var set, ghostscript-6.53 insists of installing xfree-4.2.0. So it would be nice if the ghostscript ebuild could make use of the --without-X configure option. To proof that it's possible I made a simple ebuild for the new GNU ghostscript 7.05 version (yes, its *GNU* ghostscript) and it works perfectly without X. BTW: I think it would be useful to have a "gimp-print" USE variable that for example the ghostscript and the cups package could use. (should this be a seperate bug?) -Markus-
