These are some small changes I noticed when reading through the document.

Not sure about the ramdisk_size, I always use 24000 to be on the safe side. But
I think the ramdisk_size is more towards 22000 when booting from CD.

I couldn't get the kernel/rescue to load unless I upped the ramdisk 
considerably from the suggested value, otherwise received errors. Not a strong 
example, but I upped it to just over the size of the rescue and kernel combined 
(size of the kernel in question (1.1a from cd) wasn't large enough).
