phpldapadmin-1.1.0.7 is now available since march 20, 2009
Just renaming the ebuild does the work.

Version 1.2.0 is now available, released 2009-07-21. This may need a bit more work than just renaming the ebuild, but I haven't looked at it yet.

Ebuild for 1.2.0 is generated by me with a simple patch, and i ask maintainers to add it into main portage tree. You can find patch in bug, that marked duplicated
Adding phpldapadmin-1.2.0 to portage seems important since 1.1.0.7 is broken when used with php-5.2.10 (the latest stable) and $config->custom->appearance['tree'] = "AJAXTree" (the default) with the error: E_STRICT: Declaration of AJAXTree::draw_dn() should be compatible with that of PLMTree::draw_dn() This problem is known and reportedly fixed, see http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2809461&group_id=61828&atid=498546
