Description Martin Berkemeier 2009-01-23 20:02:21 UTC
After start, plasma crashes and restart. After that the qjoypad trayicon is not in the traylist, its a simple icon in an extra window

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just start qjoypad

This happened allready in kde4.0, kde4.1 and now with kde 4.2 so I think its an qjoypad-error

maybe the kde people know what "plasma" is.
Comment 2 Martin Berkemeier 2009-01-27 09:30:41 UTC
It's the desktop for KDE4...
Comment 3 Martin Berkemeier 2009-04-10 19:47:07 UTC
The bug is still in kde-4.2.69 so i think its qt related or plasma related bug.
Comment 4 Eugene Shalygin 2009-09-06 17:32:18 UTC
still exists with qjoypad-4 and plasma from trunk
Comment 5 Eugene Shalygin 2009-09-06 17:41:13 UTC
plasma not crashes if qjoipad is launched with -notray option

I tested this when stabling qjoypad-4 with KDE 4.3.1 and it didn't crash,
I got the icon in systray. A gamepad icon.

I don't really own a joystick though.

So my question is: Is this still a problem?

Reopen if it's still an issue with 4.3.3
