Review sessions passed and everything required (LDAP, gentoo-core, bugzilla, cvs/svn groups on cvs.gentoo.org, IRC-cloak, announcement, sent you your LDAP/mail password via encrypted mail) was set. Alex, you need to: - subscribe to mailing lists with @gentoo.org address - request forum status bump in #gentoo-forums or by mail to forum-mods@gentoo.org (if you have a forums account) - add yourself to mail aliases ( like java@gentoo.org ) see /var/mail/alias on dev.gentoo.org - ask team leads to add yourself to herds.xml for the herds you want to join or do it yourself if you have the permission to do so - set lat and lon attributes in LDAP if you want others to know where exactly you are located - set gentooIM if you want people to be able to contact you via other means than email For the mentor: - You are also responsible for the commits of your recruit during the first month so you should watch the commits of your recruit via gentoo-commits mailing list.
It looks like he never made a commit to git tree, could you at least specify an ETA in your devaway message? Also, we could look into reassigning packages anyway if you won't have time to take care of many stuff :/

I think you are still working on Wiki and Infra but, please, can you check if you will continue on this teams you are still listed as a member of? Artwork, Infra, Ops, Public Relations, Ruby, Security, Website, Wiki
For Infra, Website and Wiki I can tell that Alex probably hasn't had any activity since end of 2016. He also has no Bugzilla activity since then and I seriously doubt he had any activity with any other project.
