Please add a new US-Mirror (DNS Record) for IP 69.64.45.119, see https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=204081

Stephan,

The mirror isn't in the right format, right now it is :

rsync://69.64.45.119/gentoo-portage/portage/

It should be 

rsync://69.64.45.119/gentoo-portage/

Please fix this and let me know.
