New ebuild for iml an:
"Integer Matrix Library"
This is a dependency of sage.

version 1.0.3 in the science overlay with a patch to use virtual/cblas rather than
specifically atlas. Could use a little bit of refinement to check that
we use a blas version equivalent to version 3 and over of ATLAS.
Probably just need to check the presence of a few functions used by iml.
