i'm not sure the reason, but
/usr/portage/net-libs/libicq2000/files/digest-libicq2000-0.3.1 has an incorrect
MD5 sum and file size. The tar.gz downloads fine but it isn't recognized. The
file should contain:

MD5 62cca3234d1575af90ab96dc60f73ba6 libicq2000-0.3.1.tar.gz 514043

That contains the corect MD5 and file size for the tar.gz's referenced by the
download links in the ebuild.
