I've got a very quick response from Michael. He considers himself inactive but wants to delay his retirement for a while because he's still busy working on Xen. I see no problem with that. Closed.
Reopening as Michael has been inactive for over 2 months. - Last (viewable) bugzilla activity: 262764: 2009-12-20 23:00:37 - Last CVS activity: 2009-12-20T22:55 First mail sent today.
Michael replied telling us to go ahead with the retirement. As usual, I'll wait 2 weeks before assigning the bug to infra.
Let's proceed with the retirement then. Michael, thank you for all your hard work and if you ever find the time to get back, just reopen this bug.
Usual infra-retire done. users need to be checked against *.dev.g.o machines still. forums, planet: your bug.
No forums account as far as I can tell.
No blog account Removed planet/universe configs
fixed gitosis email and moved to exdevs group
Retirement processing: * gentoo-dev access removed and gentoo cloak removed * processed metadata.xml entries * processed herd membership * processed project pages entries * all bugs reassigned * no group membership on cvs.gentoo.org * no active account on devboxes. Thanks to armin76
Greetings! I am planning on returning, and this bug suggested I re-open it when I planned to do so. My lowly non-dev account doesn't appear to have the ability to re-open it but hopefully commenting is enough. :) If I need to go through the mentor process gregkh has offered to be my mentor. Thanks!
Nice :D
Do we have an update here?
What info was needed here?
I never got around to actually finishing the quiz and getting this process rolling. Considering I'm still doing plenty of things all at once at CoreOS already this can wait a bit longer.
