Hi,

(my first ebuild !)

I attach to the bug scilab-2.6.ebuild ,
an ebuild for scilab, which is a great opensource program dealing with matricial
computations, very similar to matlab.

Current version is 2.6 and homepage is
http://www-rocq.inria.fr/scilab/

tcltk is necessary for some parts of scilab, but it is quite usable without. So
only if tcltk appears in USE will scilab be built against it (and of course in
this case depend of it).

I suppose it could take place under app-misc, but I had rather place it in a
scientific tools devoted directory...
