Hi,
 kbedic is a K Bulgarian English Dictionary. It is an English <-> Bulgarian
dictionary. Homepage - kbedic.sf.net (in Bulgarian :).
 I suggest app-misc/kbedic for this package. It depends on qt libs and if kde is
set in USE flags (it adds --with-kde option to configure script, just uses a
typical KDE apps interface) - on kdebase.

OK, I've added this to cvs as app-text/kbedic (I think app-text fits it, no 
reason to put it in app-misc).

I changed it as usual for apps with optional kde functionality, have a look at 
it.

For explanations abut that, wait until I update the eclass howto - I think I'll 
be able to do it tomorrow.
