I updated libtorrent on the 9th as part of a regular world update. Torrents that had been working fine before no longer see any "seeds" or "peers". I tried the torrents on Azureus and they're working fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Update to latest libtorrent 2. 3. Actual Results: Some torrent files no longer see seeds or peers. KTorrent says "stalled" indefinitely.
