Description Andreas Volz 2007-07-31 07:41:31 UTC
If I sometimes start my pc and then login to my window manager without waiting some time my lm_sensors module isn't working correct. It seems lm_sensors starts for some reason after xdm. So I created a patch to fix this. I hope this problem is solved now.

Could you clarify why should xdm start after lm_sensors? What does "isn't working correct" mean and why would the above fix your problem?

Get back to us... sounds like a lm_sensors/kernel bug and nothing related to xinit.

Currently the lm_sensors module in E17 isn't working for any reason. So I couldn't reproduce that problem.
