x11-libs/vte needs to be emerged with python use flag for virt-manager to work

Yeah, really I don't emerge --sync every five minutes to catch every new package, apparently unlike some users.

Yeah, there was nothing at sources.gentoo.org when you filed the bug, sorry I'm not hammering our CVS often enough, please forgive me.
