Some ebuilds requiring qt4.eclass block the update on ~x86 because of 4.3.0 version missing in QT4VERSIONS in qt4.eclass.

caleb, for heavens sake make yourself a big flashy note somewhere already; this gets broken on every single damned bump of QT ebuilds stuff. :-((

I have a big flashy note, but unfortunately I make commits from a large number of places and don't always see it.  Plus, if I didn't do this what fun would you have as a bug wrangler? :)
