This patch alows names to be in UTF-8 encoding while creating image cd(patch given from http://cvs.fedora.redhat.com/viewcvs/*checkout*/devel/cdrtools/mkisofs-iconv-10.patch) and adopted to this version of cdrtools

this is a patch to make mkisofs able to create files with utf-8 locale

*sigh*  I'm tired of patching cdrtools over and over again for unicode-use in mkisofs.  That's why I disabled it in the current version.

If you want unicode-support for mkisofs, try out cdrkit.  This was one of the first patches which got included and will be supported in the future.

After some rethinking I re-added the patch to the cdrtools.  I can't tell if I will support this patch in the future.  If any newer version won't apply that patch, I'll drop it again.
