And

Compile Is good and works.

Expected Results:
Compile works if USE doc is dissable.

If I do
echo "gnome-base/librsvg -doc" >>/etc/portage/package.use

And
emerge gnome-base/librsvg

Compile Is good and works.

Has nothing in common with portage documentation; kindly review the product descriptions before filing bugs. Thanks.
Comment 2 Thomas Anderson (tanderson) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-05-08 20:50:18 UTC
Also, this problem does not occur in AMD64 stable(I have tested it). Would you post the output of "emerge --info" as an attachment?

Tested both librsvg-2.16.1.ebuild librsvg-2.16.1-r1.ebuild with USE="doc" and failure does not occur.

do you still experience this problem ?
if yes:
 - which version of libxslt do you have ?
 - could you reemerge scrollkeeper and see if it does a difference ?
 - could you launch the emerge in english export LC_ALL="en_US" and attach the build.log ?
