librfid-svn-0.9999.ebuild

Needed for libmrtd to compile (does not work with librfid-0.1.0 due to missing pkgconfig file)

Seems to me the upstream of this project no longer exists... Several mirrors of the original SVN repository are present on Github but I don't think any of them can be considered official. Moreover, libmrtd (see #174144) - or at least a library by the same name which still seems to be developed and which appears in other distributions such as Debian - now uses libnfc instead.
