Cervisia is now a part of the kdesdk package. In kdesdk-3.1 the included 
version of cervisia is v2.0. This ebuild is outdated and obsolete.

Yes, I know. I've got to decide what to do with all such apps. Probably remove from portage 
altogether... Hmmm....

...OTOH people might in theory complain they can't get just cervisia anymore (without all of 
kdesdk). That's why I think I'd like this situation to stay the way it is a little longer until the 
issue of specifying parts of kde packages to install (cf bug #11123) is resolved one way or 
another.

This bug will be fixed once the implementation for bug #11123 is put into place.  Closing as 
"will fix LATER" based on the fact we'll fix 11123 someday.
