Drivers for pctel HSP modems. Curently ./configure is failing with "could not
determine a proper UTS_RELEASE
** compilation error"

Reopen if/when they've fixed it to compile w/ up-to-date kernels; we have enough of broken external kernel modules as it is. Thanks.
