I have an IBM laptop with both a touchpad and a trackpoint. With suspend2-sources-2.6.18 both of them work fine with the psmouse module (they show up as both mouse0/1 and event0/1), but version 2.6.19-r1 does not recognize any of them -- neither as mice nor evdevs.
I tried the patch in bug #157493, but it didn't work.

No real info here; anyway, reopen with dmesg output and kernel .config if you can reproduce with a supported kernel...
