This is a fun little game that I wrote a fun little ebuild for. Unfortunately it's binary only, but it really is worth inclusion. Works well here on x86. Some Qs/comments: it needs to run from its own directory, is there a better way to handle this... should we be installing images for HTML documentation? ...Is freedist close enough for this license? I'll paste it here: Zep's Dreamland is Copyright 2003-2004 LoomSoft (http://www.loomsoft.net) Zep's Dreamland is a freeware game and is provided to you at no cost. I guess people can just download this. Closing.
Please don't close bugs just because of inactivity. We work through the entire queue, it just takes a while, especially considering the large number of submissions versus the small number of developers on the games team.
I closed it to save /your/ time because: ) It's a bad ebuild. ) I'm no longer interested in pursuing inclusion or working on it. ) It's a binary game which people can just download, doesn't really need installation. ) I thought it would be closed eventually because of the above three reasons. My intent was good, anyway. :\
Sorry if I made it sound like I was scolding you. I wasn't. I just didn't want you closing the bug due to our inactivity. Your ebuild really isn't that bad and this is simple enough that you don't need to continue to keep up with it. We'll get to it eventually. =]
Thanks for saying so, and for the feedback. I just discovered games_make_wrapper the other day, might've helped with this one. Cheers.
