Bug 136 – Qt 3.0.1 Update to support Postres

Here is a update for the qt-ebuild... add support for postgre-sql if in USE-flag
(postgres).

This will not work since Qt 3.0.1 needs the completely postgres sources to be
able to create the sql plugin. I've been wondering what to do about that, should
it just be downloaded if it's not already there?

yes, i have also wondering about it... mhh if in use flags we could download 
it - if not in use flags then it will not be used and not be downloaded. I 
think it's ok to download archive if postgres is in use flags.
