An increasingly requested feature on #gentoo is the ability to have all packages
on a system rebuilt (for when they change their USE keywords and want all
packages to adhere to the new USE keywords)... something like 'emerge rebuild
world' and 'emerge rebuild system'

emerge --emptytree --update world will rebuild everything you want rebuilt.
