- We can't put this into portage with current copyright header. 
- Also, the dependency on >=dev-php/mod_php-4.1.0 is invalid (no such thing in portage any more). 
- You probably want to check for needed php features (inherit depend.php and use require_php_with_use() function, e.g.)

This ebuild needs a lots of cleanups (comment #2, redundant comments, redundant src_unpack, does this really *require* apache? etc. ) 

Plus I'd rather wait until 1.6 is out, tons of fixes there - see http://hastymail.sourceforge.net/dev_changes.php

Marking this LATER meanwhile, feel free to reopen with a tidy new ebuild once 1.6 is out. ;)
