timetracker-0.99.1.ebuild

Here is a simpler ebuild (which needs the patch to be renamed).

Things to note:
 * simpler shell logic
 * use of ${P} ${PN}, ... where it makes sense

I wonder why the package doesn't provide sources though. I don't really like packages not providing sources, this one should probably be renamed timetracker-bin.

removing gnome as at this point it seems clear we won't include it.

The webpage(s) and also any source of this seems long gone from
