Please keyword libnotify, test rhythmbox and keyword it again.

The 0.9.4 series seem to be terribly unstable compared to 0.9.3.1 so we'll leave the ~sparc keyword out on this one.
Anyway the deps have been ~sparc'ed, feel free to recall us on a newer rev of rhythmbox to see if the situation improved and re-keyword ~sparc.
