When setting preferences to 'Keep Cookies until I close firefox' does not clear cookies. Setting the preference, closing out and reopen, you still have all cookies.

Once you clear your cookies explicitly, then FF will remove them on close. Still an issue. Cookies should be cleared when you change the preference, and close.

I have tested and tested to no avil. I have no problems with cookies being cleared when closing firefox.
