Bug 1192 – MPI-LAM library...

This is my first ebuild try...This should install the LAM implementation of MPI
message passing library...I don't know wether all dependencies are satisfied,
but it works on my system...I would suggest to put it in dev-libs/mpi-lam/ and not 
dev-libs/lam/ as everyone knows about mpi, but very few know lam...

Ok, it has been a while. Was postponing this ebuild because of a load of options
to configure of large part of which I was not really sure (and because of some
major portage clean-up we are now performing). Decided to just throw it in with
defaults.

I renamed ebuild to lam-mpi to be more descriptive.
Also redid docs and /etc files.

Tibor: the ebuild is now masked, could you please test it?

It compiles OK & seems to run OK (at least my parallel application :)
but it was _not_ masked -> I could just install it without changing
package.mask

Apparently drobbins tested and unmasked it just the day before :).
