Description Willy Gardiol 2006-01-13 12:30:23 UTC
This is an updated ebuild for the WPD power daemon for laptop computers. This update supports the "conservative" governor.

WPD is a power management daemon capable of doing many things managing cpufreq, acpi, display brightness and more. It includes two plugins for XFCE 4 and GKrellm.

I suggest sys-apps as other similar tools. This ebuild does not depend directly on anything and is capable of autoconfiguration at the first run.

# emerge -pv wpd

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating dependencies
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "wpd".

Are you submitting a new ebuild, or... ?
Comment 3 Willy Gardiol 2006-01-14 05:15:18 UTC
You are right, i was mislead because i had already suibmitted it in the past (but never really checked out what happened), it looks like it has not been inserted.

Can we change this to "new" instead of "updatye"?
