If you are a registered member of Gentoo's Bugzilla, try to click on User Prefs
at the bottom, then click on the General Preferences. The link is :
http://bugs.gentoo.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=settings and apparently fails to
display the preferences.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go on User Prefs
2.Click on General Preferences

Actual Results:  
Warning mentioned above.

Expected Results:  
Proceed without errors.

I am running Mozilla latest stable source build. {Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux
i686; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20051029}

Using another machine produces the same error.

Result of the failed upgrade. Will be fixed when i put in the new bugzilla
version in about 18 hours.
